3. Application & Screening
Applications are collected from interested candidates and carefully screened. Shortlisting is done strictly on the basis of job requirements, qualifications, and experience.

4. Interview & Assessment
Shortlisted candidates undergo interviews and practical assessments to evaluate their skills, experience, and overall suitability for the offered position.

5. Document Verification
We thoroughly verify all documents, including passports, academic certificates, training credentials, and other relevant paperwork, to ensure authenticity and compliance.

6. Medical Examination
All selected candidates undergo a comprehensive medical examination at government-approved hospitals to confirm their physical fitness and compliance with the health standards of the destination country.

7. Orientation & Training

8. Visa Processing
